Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
AtyKids places particular importance on protecting data, all the more so for a project involving children. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
Levis Global LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of
the State of New Mexico (United States), entity number 0008023766, publisher
of the Site (see the Legal notice).
Contact: contact@atykids.com
2. Data we collect
Via the pre-launch questionnaire:
- Your answers (respondent profile, context, needs, desired uses, level of trust, free-text message). These answers may be provided anonymously.
- If you ask to be contacted back: your email address.
Technical data (via the host and the form): IP address, connection data, and an anti-spam field, processed for the security and proper operation of the Site.
We collect no health data and make no diagnosis. Please do not share, in free-text fields, any health data or information directly identifying a child.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Understanding needs and prioritizing features to build, basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); analysis is carried out in an aggregated/anonymized way as much as possible.
- Contacting you about AtyKids (only if you asked us to), basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients and subprocessors
Your data is accessible to the team responsible for AtyKids (Levis Global LLC). We use the following subprocessors, each for a specific purpose:
- Netlify, Inc.: site hosting and form collection (Netlify Forms).
- Zoho Corporation: sending notification and confirmation emails related to the forms (SMTP service).
- Supabase, Inc.: account and client-space management (authentication), for people who create an account.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC: “Sign in with Google” (OAuth authentication), for people who choose this sign-in method. In that case, Google sends us your email address and basic profile information (name, photo). Google acts as a separate data controller for its own authentication service.
- Stripe, Inc.: payment processing, only when subscriptions open and for the people concerned.
We do not sell or rent your data.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Several of our subprocessors (notably Netlify, Stripe, and Google, as well as, depending on the hosting region, Supabase) are established in the United States: your data may therefore be processed outside the EU. These transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Retention period
- Questionnaire answers: kept for the duration of the service design phase, and for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
- Email address (follow-up): until the service launches, or until your deletion / unsubscribe request.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them: contact@atykids.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses no advertising cookies. It stores, in your browser's local storage, your display and reading preferences (theme, text size, etc.), strictly necessary for operation and kept on your device.
We use Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool: no personal data is collected, and no consent is required.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
10. Data concerning children
AtyKids is intended for adults (parents, relatives, professionals). The questionnaire must not be used to transmit identifying or health data about a child.
11. Les Voix AtyKids (editorial project in preparation)
“Les Voix AtyKids” is a conversation space in preparation. Two dedicated forms, independent of the early-access questionnaire, are offered there. The consents are separate and do not constitute registration for early access to the agents or for a general newsletter.
A. “Be notified of the launch” form
- Data: email address; profile (optional); technical data strictly necessary for the form to work (including an anti-spam field).
- Purpose: to inform you of the launch and new episodes of Les Voix AtyKids.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
- Retention: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe; contacts that become inactive are reviewed and deleted according to the general AtyKids policy.
B. “Propose your voice” form
- Data: first name or nickname; email address; general role; desired format; most comfortable mode of expression (optional); general topics; necessary technical data.
- Purpose: to review a participation proposal and contact you about the Les Voix AtyKids project.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
- Retention: twelve months after the last exchange when no participation is undertaken; any longer retention is justified or subject to a new agreement.
Clarifications:
- a proposal does not constitute authorization to record or broadcast;
- a separate consent will be requested before any public production;
- this form requests no medical data and no data directly identifying a child;
- you may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at contact@atykids.com.
Collection and email delivery rely on the same subprocessors (Netlify, Zoho) and the same framing of transfers outside the EU as the rest of the Site (see sections 4 and 5). This section does not constitute a complete legal validation of the future component dedicated to minors' voices, which will be framed separately before any opening.
12. Changes
This policy may change; the update date shown at the top of the page prevails.
13. Contact
