AtyKids is in service: parents and professionals use it today with their own account. What is built with an organization is access to that same product for several people. We start from your context rather than from an off-the-shelf offer: the people concerned, the territory, the legal frame. The proposal follows, it does not come first.

Four organizational uses
Each is a different way of giving access to AtyKids. The first happens on its own; the other three go through a proposal.
Equipping professionals or teams
Available today
Teachers, teaching assistants, educators and other professionals use AtyKids with their own account. For several people, access is defined with us rather than by multiplying an individual subscription.
Funding access for a group of people
Proposal on request
An association, a local authority, a foundation or a network funds access for the families or professionals it supports. The people concerned use the product; the organization does not see what they write in it.
Offering AtyKids as a benefit

An employer, a health plan or a benefits platform opens AtyKids to employees who are parents or carers, among the services it offers them.
Building a distribution partnership

An organization that already has a relationship with the adults concerned distributes AtyKids to them, across a territory or within a network.

Depending on what the project needs
What is not self-service
These points are decided with the project, and settled before anything is committed.
- How access could work at the scale of an organization

These points are assessed project by project, and nothing is committed before that assessment.
AtyKids is not a self-service organizational suite: there is no an administration portal, seat management, generic single sign-on, an open programming interface, dedicated usage reporting, bulk account creation, and a standard service commitment.
These pieces are defined within a project, according to what it actually requires. Announcing them as a catalogue would mean selling an administration layer nobody asked for.
How a proposal is put together
The product exists. The next step is access at a larger scale.
Public prices are for individual subscriptions. For organizations, a dedicated proposal is drawn up once the need has been qualified and according to the context of the project.
We do not multiply an individual subscription by a number of people: that calculation matches none of our terms. A proposal takes into account the number of people concerned, the duration, the territory and what the project requires.
The frame, in seven sentences
The dedicated page says everything; here is what an organization reads first.
- AtyKids is not a medical device.
- No diagnosis, no screening.
- The product is designed for the adult who supports the child.
- No child is left alone with the Assistants or the Experts.
- The data we ask for stays limited to what is needed, and the child's identity is not required to use the product.
- Data is not sold.
- Being listed in ATLAS is not a recommendation from AtyKids.

What an organization sees, and what it does not
If an organization funds or makes access easier, that does not mean it should have access to what a person writes or keeps inside AtyKids.
The rules on administration, data and reporting have to be defined clearly before anything is set up with an organization.

Language is not territory. A French speaking family may live in Canada or in the United States: procedures, bodies and local resources depend on the territory concerned, never on the language of reading.

No collaboration is required to follow these five steps: they describe the order in which the questions arise, not an established procedure.
