Investors and strategic partners

The product is built. The step now opening is scale.

AtyKids is a practical, non-medical platform built for the adults who support neurodivergent children, children with disabilities and children with particular support needs. Available across four territories and in three languages, it is entering a new phase: growing its distribution, directly and through relays.

These figures describe the product and the company: modules, territories, languages, currencies. They are not usage figures, and they do not pretend to be.

The problem, and why now

The information exists. Acting on it stays fragmented.

The information exists. It is acting on it that stays fragmented: daily life, school, paperwork, appointments, local services and the materials to prepare each have their own front door, and none of them leads to the next.

AtyKids sits next to the adult who has to decide what to do next. AtyKids is built for the adult who uses it: a parent, a teacher, a support assistant, an educator or another professional. A child never uses the Assistants or the Experts on their own.

United States

Built for a fragmented support system. Designed to scale through the adults already carrying the work.

Parents, school teams and paraprofessionals already do the work of connecting school, paperwork and daily life. They are many, and they are already grouped: by an employer, by a school network, by an association. They are the ones an adult-first product can reach without going through the child.

The American question is not convincing one person at a time, but reaching adults who are already grouped.

Business model

Direct today. Distribution next, and those are not the same thing.

Direct: live

An individual subscription on top of a free layer. The same product core is sold across several territories, while the language, the billing and the territorial content adapt to the market concerned.

Monthly and annual subscriptions, billed here at $34.90 per month or $349 per year. Currencies the checkout accepts: € EUR · $ USD · CA$ CAD.

Billing is per individual account. The site offers no seats, no team license and no organization account.

The annual subscription comes with one CANOPY e-book of your choice, offered by SLOWO.

Distribution: the scale thesis

AtyKids is also exploring distribution through organizations already connected to the adults concerned: depending on the market, family and disability associations, education networks, employers, insurers, employee-benefit platforms. The forms of collaboration and their terms are not decided on this page.

Recurring value

Why someone would stay subscribed.

The needs do not happen once. Routines come back, transitions arrive, school meetings follow one another, administrative steps recur, materials get remade, and new situations appear. The subscription lets someone come back into one environment across different situations.

Thesis

The need is recurring.

To measure

Retention, usage frequency and free-to-subscription conversion are not measured to date. This page therefore does not present them as established.

Execution signals

What is already verifiable today.

The product is online: every family has its page, its written limits and its sources. Payment works in three currencies. Human customer support answers. That is a firmer proof of execution than an intention, and it takes a few clicks to read.

  • A live product, usable today
  • Four active territories
  • Three interface languages
  • A free layer and a subscription
  • Three currencies the checkout actually accepts
  • An installable web app
  • Human customer support
  • A published institutional and technical brief

No usage figure is published on this page, because no dated, defined measurement exists yet. Account numbers, conversion and retention will be published once measured, with their period and their definition, and without ever confusing a registration with a customer.

Go-to-market

One product, four territories, four different paths.

The channel is not the same from one market to the next, and the status of each one is written down. All four stay visible: the international architecture is the argument, not a configuration detail.

France Live

Direct acquisition

Direct acquisition drives the French market: a person discovers the product, opens an account and subscribes. Distribution relays remain to be built; none is secured.

The direct channel works today: account, subscription, payment.

United States Being tested Market shown

Partner-led distribution

The U.S. market is approached through distribution: employers, employee-benefit platforms, education networks, family and disability organizations. One relationship can reach many. That is a thesis, and it is being tested.

Channel being tested, not yet proven: no partner-led reach has been measured to date.

Canada Under exploration

Active market, partnerships to explore

Canada is an active market: the product is sold there, billed in its own currency, and guided from provincial and territorial sources. Distribution forms remain to be explored: disability, education and family ecosystems, employers.

The product is sold and billed in Canada. No national distribution strategy is demonstrated.

ATLAS coverage : 13/13 provinces and territories · Provincial and territorial registers (Canada)

Costa Rica Under exploration

Active market, local partnerships under exploration

AtyKids is looking to talk with relevant institutional, educational and economic players, to assess how the platform is used and which forms of collaboration suit the territory. The market stays active and direct meanwhile.

The product is available in Costa Rica. No partnership is concluded, and no institution has validated AtyKids.

Differentiation

AtyKids brings together functions that remain largely fragmented.

This comparison is about categories, not companies: naming a competing product on a public page means describing it in its stead.

  • Information platforms

    They inform.

  • Child or individual tools

They mostly help the child get organized.

  • Human services

Support from people, by the hour or by the session.

  • General-purpose tools

General-purpose scope, with no architecture built specifically around the supporting adult's role and the territorial context.

AtyKids

  • Adult-first
  • A real-life situation as the entry point
  • A prepared next step
  • Practical support to produce
  • Territorial resources
  • Three languages
  • A non-medical framework

AtyKids prepares the adult's next action.

Economics

Software economics, measurable on the live product.

The product's unit costs are tracked internally and used to model several usage scenarios. They are not published here: taken out of their assumptions, modeled figures read like measurements. The detailed assumptions are in the investor deck, where they can be discussed line by line.

Who is behind it

Two field paths, not medical expertise.

Julien Levis

Co-founder · 50%

A former school support assistant (AESH) for seven years, alongside pupils, teachers and families. He carries the product, the technology, the strategy and the distribution relationships. Field experience, never a medical, clinical or legal qualification. He is also a co-founder of Collectif Ensemble.

Gwendoline Levis

Co-founder · 50%

More than ten years in youth work, with children and groups. She leads brand, communications and the relationship with the community, and takes part in product testing. Same rule: field experience, not a medical qualification.

An earlier distinction, and who it belongs to

In 2019, the Association Hopla Chef – Enfants Solidaires received the “École et Culture” trophy at the APAJH Trophies. That distinction belongs to Hopla Chef, not to AtyKids: it is neither an award for this product nor a validation of its content.

Funding status

Built on its own funds.

AtyKids was developed up to launch without outside funding. No external capital has been raised to date, and this page announces no funding round: it opens conversations, which is not the same thing.

Bootstrapped · no external capital raised

What we are looking for

Strategic capital, distribution relays, introductions.

The order changes from one market to the next, and it is not decorative: in a distribution market, the relay matters as much as the capital.

United States

In this market, AtyKids is opening conversations with, in this order:

  1. 1 Strategic investors
  2. 2 The employee-benefits, caregiving and disability ecosystem
  3. 3 Distribution partners
  4. 4 Employers and benefit platforms
  5. 5 Qualified introductions

The framework

What AtyKids is not.

  • Not a medical device, and not a diagnosis.
  • Built for the adult, not for the child to use alone.
  • It does not replace professionals.
  • The Assistants and the Experts are not designed to be used by a child on their own.

Being listed in ATLAS is not a recommendation by AtyKids: a resource is collected from its source, with the date of the reading, and no position can be bought.

No institution has validated, certified or scientifically assessed AtyKids, and this page does not suggest otherwise.

Questions

The questions we get asked.

Is AtyKids live?

Yes. The product is online and usable today: free Resources without a subscription, and a Premium subscription that opens the Assistants, the Experts, ATLAS and the Studio. Payment works, and a human customer support answers.

Where is AtyKids available?

Four active territories (France, United States, Canada and Costa Rica) in three interface languages. Language and jurisdiction are handled separately: reading in English does not decide which country's rules apply, and billing follows the country, not the language.

What is the business model?

An individual subscription, monthly or annual, on top of a free Resources layer. Billing is per account: the site offers no seats, no team license and no organization account. Current amounts are on the Pricing page.

Is AtyKids a medical device?

No. AtyKids makes no diagnosis, assesses no child, and replaces neither a doctor, nor a therapist, nor a teacher, nor an administration, nor a lawyer. The scope is explicitly non-medical, and the decision always belongs to the adult.

Has external capital already been raised?

No. AtyKids was developed up to launch on its own funds, and no external capital has been raised to date. This page announces no funding round: it opens conversations, which is not the same thing.

Is distribution through organizations already proven?

No. Direct acquisition is what works today. Reaching adults through organizations already connected to them is a thesis being tested, and no partner-led reach has been measured to date. The forms that conversation can take are described on the Organizations page.
