Two planes, kept apart
Organizing your week and knowing the rules are not the same question.
Mixing them produces either a law lesson for someone who wanted to plan a week, or a timetable handed over as if it amounted to compliance. So the Expert treats them separately and answers the learning question straight away, without waiting to know where you live.

The learning side helps whether or not you educate at home: a goal to break down or an instruction to lighten is the same work.
No test, no quiz, no score: it suggests what to watch for, which is the opposite of a certified measure.
It works from what you write. There is nothing to upload.
Describing is not labeling
It works from what you observe, not from a label.
You can describe a difficulty in concrete terms (“he tires quickly when writing”, “she remembers better when handling things”), and the Expert will adapt to it. What it must never do is conclude a disorder from that description. The adaptation follows what you see; it does not follow a diagnosis, because there is none.

Where you live
Home education is not regulated the same way from one place to another.
An obligation stated for the wrong jurisdiction is not an approximation: it is a false rule, on a subject where a family can be asked to account for itself. The Expert therefore never assumes your country, and the language you write in tells it nothing: a French-speaking family may be in France, in Quebec or elsewhere entirely.

On education, one place's rule is not the country's rule, so the Expert asks for that level before saying anything about obligations.
And nothing is transposed: a framework that exists in one country is not assumed to exist elsewhere in the same shape, under another name. Each place is described as it is.
On a question of framework, the Expert relies on identifiable sources and states what an official source establishes, what remains to be checked, and with which authority. On a learning question it searches nothing: help with a goal should not keep you waiting.

Not a diagnosis
It identifies no disorder: not dyslexia, not ADHD, not a sensory disorder. It adapts to what you describe, and stops there.
Not an official assessment
It certifies no level and no acquisition, and does not infer a school level from an age.
Not the education authority
It validates no curriculum and promises no approval.
Not a professional in your place
It replaces neither teachers, nor therapists, nor any qualified professional, and it imposes no method: several paths work, and yours is your own.
It speaks to the adult, never to the child as if they were using AtyKids alone. It prepares; you do. It is not designed to be used by a child alone.
And say only what is useful: a first name and a concrete description are enough. No full name, no address, no detailed medical information; an adaptation does not need them to work.

What is Home education & learning for?
Two things it keeps apart. The framework: what your jurisdiction actually requires when you educate at home, which authority is involved, and what there is to prepare. The learning: organizing a period, breaking down a goal, suggesting activities with ordinary materials, explaining a notion another way, simplifying an instruction, knowing what to watch for.
Is it only for home education?
The official framework, yes: that is its subject. But the learning side is not: breaking down a goal, coming at a notion from another angle or lightening an instruction help just as much when a child is at school and something is not landing.
Does it make a diagnosis?
No, and the engine explicitly forbids it. It can adapt to a difficulty you describe concretely (“he tires quickly when writing”, “she remembers better when handling things”), but it must never conclude a disorder from it. No dyslexia, no ADHD, no sensory disorder: describing what you observe is not labeling a child.
Can it assess my child's level?
No. There is no test, no quiz, no score: none of that exists. What it can do is suggest what to watch for in order to notice progress, which is the opposite of a certified measure. It also does not infer a school level from an age.
Can it produce an official curriculum?

Why does it ask where I live?

The Expert helps you work out the approach; the Studio makes the concrete support. Understanding how to break a learning goal down happens here; turning it into a visual sequence to put on the wall is the Studio. Nothing passes automatically from one to the other: you decide.
How is this different from Rights & procedures?
This Expert handles the home education framework and the learning itself. Rights & procedures covers the rest of the administrative landscape (schooling, health, social support) when the question is about a scheme, a letter or a file.
Are the answers based on sources?
On a question of framework, yes: the Expert searches identifiable sources and states what an official source establishes, what remains to be checked, and with which authority. On a learning question, no: pedagogical help requires no online search and should not keep you waiting. The Expert explains and organizes; the source remains the text or the institution.
Can a child use it alone?
No. AtyKids addresses the adult who supports the child, and this Expert is no exception: it prepares, the adult acts. This Expert is not designed to be used by a child alone.
