Do I need a subscription to start?
Yes. The professional workspace requires paid AtyKids Pro access, separate from the family subscription. This includes received sheets, replies and professional tools.
What does the AtyKids Pro workspace include?
The Pro workspace brings together the shared plan, quick updates, conversations and preparation for the next appointment, alongside received sheets, assistants, experts, ATLAS and Studio. Each professional uses their own account and only accesses information addressed to them.
How do I start working with a professional?
In “With my professionals”, the family creates a shared space and invites someone using their AtyKids professional link. The professional accepts in “Shared spaces”, using their own account and active Pro access. Funding a family account does not grant access to the family’s information. A next step on your dashboard and a three-step guide to get started. Pause and pick up again when you are ready.
What are the shared plan and quick updates for?

Does AtyKids replace my professional expertise?
No. It helps you organize, prepare, put things into words, explore options, create a resource and find local support. Reading the situation, weighing it up and deciding remain yours.
Can I use AtyKids directly with a child?
AtyKids is built for the accompanying adult: a child does not talk to the Assistants or the Experts on their own. What you prepare or create is yours to use with them, or not.
Can AtyKids be used as a team?
Yes. Each person has one account. Build your Pro plan around the number of professional accounts and funded family accounts you need. Each person uses their own account and only reads sheets addressed to them. Managers can manage the team without access to colleagues’ sheets. Funding access and permission to share information remain separate decisions.
Can I enter information about a child?
Enter only what you need to prepare your work, without a full name, address or detailed medical information. To use a family’s shared notes in the tools, the family must have authorized it; their private conversations remain inaccessible.
Is there an institutional rate?
AtyKids Pro is separate from personal Premium. The pricing calculator lets you choose professional access and the Premium family accounts you wish to fund. For specific institutional or network requirements, the Organizations page lets us discuss access suited to your context.
